Hybrid dynamic optimal tracking control of hydraulic cylinder speed in injection molding industry process

Injection speed control is one of the most essential components in injection molding process. It critical to implement fast and reliable optimization for effective manufacturing products. In this paper, tracking problem hydraulic cylinder an machine driven by a typical servo motor studied. An efficient two-stage framework that leverages ideas both parameterization (CP) particle swarm (PSO) proposed generating optimal signal input achieve required over certain time. To end, dynamic model system equipment firstly established controller design transformed into sequential parameter decision problems, explicit expressions gradient information objective function as well constraint on parameters variables are derived. Then, PSO combined with CP gradient-based algorithm utilized solve efficiently. The paper can improve convergence method precision easy-to-implement engineering industrial deployment. Finally, feasibility effectiveness verified experimental simulations.
